I saw a pineapple bun through the window, so immediately went in to get one to take out. A beautiful, soft bun with the perfect sweet, crunchy top. Despite being super busy, the server was so polite, friendly and efficient. I'll be heading straight back on my next visit to Winchester.

I had a cocktail bun from here, with coconut custard, and it was a taste sensation! Glad we found this place, so many tasty looking treats, sweet and savoury. Nice decor, super friendly staff, just a really nice little joint. Will definitely be back!

What a hidden gem in Winchester! The BBQ char siu pastry was incredibly delicious, and the egg tart tasted just like those in Hong Kong. I only wish the shop could heat them up. The black sesame latte was bursting with flavor, and I absolutely loved it. The shop offers a great variety on the menu. Will definitely be coming back later!

What a beautiful spot in Winchester! From the enticingly-dressed windows heaving with baked goods to the gorgeous-looking menu. Friendly staff. Good prices. Only swung by to buy a sweet-treat today but would love to come back for lunch one day!

Excellent food, decent prices, cozy setting, but quite a long wait for food.We dropped in to Bento Factory for lunch, and ordered yaki udon, Korean fried rice and tofu bao. The food was all great, especially the fried rice. My only comment is maybe a breaded tofu cutlet in the bao would be even nicer as the tofu has a similar texture to the bun itself. The coffee with tapioca was very tasty, and is worth trying for sure. We didn't have dessert but they all looked incredible and we'll be back to try them out.The cafe was fairly busy, but there was a very long wait for our food. We were warned it would be 20 minutes but it was well over 40 minutes. It seemed there was quite a few delivery orders which came and went before we got our food, but personally we feel priority should go to the tables in the restaurant.The place is quite small, so you may have to wait for a table. If there's one outside it's worth shotgunning it to save someone else nicking it while you're ordering.

We ordered a cafe latte and a Vientamese iced coffee and they were not good value for money. Both tiny drinks and the emphasis here is on aesthetics more than the drinks we were served.

Nice menu options and friendly staff. Unfortunately the day I have there they runned out of rice, so a bit disappointing even if things like this can happened. Not sure about their rice's dishes, but I wasn't impressed by the miso cookie nor the ban. In town there are better places for the. What I got on that day was not good value for money, except for the drink I had.

Okay I am so happy I went here. I will rave about this place. It is the cutest place with the best fun food place. The main menu is amazing so is the selection of drinks and baked goods. This place has such a fresh and fun energy to it. So glad this is in Winchester.
