Lauren Stoney Life Crafting

I recently did the Lightning Process course with Lauren for Crohn's disease, anxiety and fatigue. I am absolutely over the moon with the results in just 3 months. My quality of life has improved immeasurably. I have much more energy, I feel so much calmer, I'm enjoying my work and I'm able to socialise and enjoy seeing friends. My Crohn's symptoms have improved significantly. It really has been life-changing already.The course itself is a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I learnt so much about how my brain works and I now have really powerful tools I can use every single day, across all aspects of my life. I've tried lots of other therapies before but the Lightning Process is very holistic and gets to the root of what's causing your issues.Lauren is hugely professional, compassionate, funny and kind. She is truly a delight to work with. I can't recommend her highly enough!

My 3 day seminar with Lauren ,has for me been life changing. By doing the process regularly I now have started to form a more positive way of thinking, it has also helped me to interrupt any negative thoughts and actions before they may take me down a not useful path.Knowing that I have my coach ( myself ) with me every step of the way is very comforting as I am never on my own anymore.My coach believes in me and this has helped to make challenging times shorter and less stressful.Thank you Lauren

I recently took the Lightening Process course with Lauren as my supervisor, and it has definitely helped to improve my way of life! As a supervisor, Lauren was as informative as she was patient and understanding of everyone, and even still managed to tailor her approach to each of us in the group.
