Great lady on reception. It's a gym nothing more to say, good discount fir disability but radio blaring out which is no good for my son with ASD.

It’s a nice gym with super friendly staff the only downside is that its small and there’s quite a lot of unused cardio machines that take up a decent amount if space.

The fact it's not a big gym works in it's favour for me because I found it had a really friendly and relaxed atmosphere yet all the equipment that I needed. The staff were helpful and friendly and everywhere was exceptionally clean.

I went here to make a membership enquiry and was shown the facilities by a really helpful & friendly member of staff.The gym looks good and has a good range of equipment. I'll definitely consider joining.

Exceeded my expectations! Love the equipment and variety. My only drawback is that the staff need to wipe down their equipment more. And there needs to be signage to remind members to wipe down their equipment when finished.

I have no idea what the whingers who give this place a bad review are talking about. I have been a steady member since 2012 but more regularly since last year and I hire one of their personal trainers. The staff are always so friendly and professional, they will assist you with using the equipment whenever you ask and nothing is too bothersome for them to handle. Great variety of equipment too!

Lovely location, friendly staff and members. Some of the weights Machinery a bit tired but they do the job well, which is the main thing. Good range of free weights, exercise bikes, rowing machines and crosstrainers. Clean spacious changing facilities and toilets. I would recommend.
