Elmet Curtains

I have actually had my curtains for some months but as we hadn't finished decorating they weren't hung until the summer. As soon as they were put up I absolutely loved them. I already knew they were brilliant quality and perfectly made. Tonight is the the first time we have actually closed them in the evening. Oh..my..goodness..they are absolutely beautiful! They are so full, hang amazingly well, and the pattern matches completely and perfectly across the whole width of both curtains, which are wall to wall, ceiling to floor. The fabric is wonderful, but what has made my curtains so beautiful is Elmet. Thank you.

The ready made curtains i'd ordered took longer to arrive than i'd been told. They were ok but the lining was of a poor quality and the seam not finished aswell as i would have liked. I sent them back, as agreed by email, and have still not recieved a refund or an answer to my email 15 days later . Customer service is very poor as stated by other customers, and i would not use them in the future as a result!

I received my curtains on Weds 22nd January after only ordering them on Friday 17th. The speed at which they arrived was great especially New Year month. When I opened the curtains I was amazed and surprised at the quality of them. They were approx four times cheaper than other quotes I had received and to be honest I am a believer in you get what you pay for. Certainly not with Elmet you get more!! I will never buy curtains from anywhere else and will recommend you to family and friends. My husband told me I was a fool to buy curtains from the internet, which part of me thought that to. Believe me you’re a fool not to buy from Elmet. The quality of the material and the makeup of the curtains is excellent, and the free shortening service is another bonus.

We have always found it difficult to buy curtains that are wide enough for our bay windows, but the Lucerne curtains fit perfectly.The material is good quality and the blackout linings keep the light out. We initially oredered tie backs that were too small,but you advised us to get the wider ones. Thank you for your efficient service

Supplied me with damaged curtains and offered me replacement, different curtains or a 30% refund. I didn't like the sample replacement that they sent and I asked for a refund. Months later and many requests from me and promises from them to pay me the refund and it still hasn't been paid. When I ask now, I am just ignored.I threatened them with court and they gave me some of the refund without replying. Still contemplating court action for the rest.

I would just like to say how happy and pleased we are with our new curtains. They are exactly what we've been looking for for months with the width and length exactly what we need. They are a lovely quality and we are very impressed with your fast service

We had some large windows to curtain ( one with a track length of over 5m). We chose a cost effective material and had a couple of questions regarding sizes.Raj at Elmet was very helpful and so we ordered.To be honest the pricing was very competitive and subsequently my expectations weren’t too high.The curtains arrived within the 10 days quoted, when opened the curtains didnt have a single crease. The curtains were sized exactly to the measurements given and of course fitted perfectly. The material was substantially better than expected and they seem very well made.With all the curtains hung we are so happy.We will definitely use them again.Mike
