Naghma was very kind and friendly. She did a wonderful job threading my brows and her technique was gentle and produced a fabulous result. A wonderful experience and I will definitely be coming back to her again!

Got my eyebrows done here a while ago. Once I was done and going to pay, they kept insisting I buy their package which was £100. I kept declining and saying no but they kept pushing and insisting and too demanding to buy it. Honestly worst eyebrow place ever and scammers

I was treated to the lash luxe platinum package at Shavata Brow Studio Edinburgh this morning and the results were amazing. Naghma treaded and tinted my brows to the best they've looked in years before treating me to the rejuvenating 111SKIN gel pads. I tried the black diamond pads to combat dark circles, wrinkles and lines and they felt so good when they were applied. I also received a super-relaxing neck, shoulder and arm massage and it was just bliss. Thank you!

I have been using this brow bar for over 3 years now but today was the best experience with Fatima. Not only did she do an excellent job on my tint and shape (threading) but she also took her time to be precise and also describe (using other products, which I have but had forgotten what to use them for….) how to tend to them better myself! She was very friendly too.

I have been a regular customer at shavata for years and I have always been impressed. I have really contemplated whether to post this but my experience yesterday was so terrible I had to share.It was with someone who was new and I hadn’t been to before. She didn’t listen. I asked for an eye brown tint, normally they wipe away all the tint after so it’s just the hairs tinted but she refused to do this telling me how it should be done with the skin tinted aswell and showing me how hers were. It might be how some people like it but this is not what I asked for. I spent the next hour scrubbing it to get it off my skin.When threading, she then ?accidentally took a chunk of hair away from my eyebrow leaving it completely misshapen and asymmetrical. Worst thing was she denied it was an accident and told me my eyebrow looked like this before. Then she said she had to take it away to make it look better, then she said it might have been an accident. It was really confusing and unprofessional.It looks terrible!Really not impressed given previous experience here. Sadly I will not be going back.

Lovely ladies, but I have natural blonde hair and on both my eyebrows only half of my hair was removed. A complete waste of money. It’s sad as everywhere else normally only costs half the price and they remove the hair that should be removed.I have put a complaint in for a refund so we will see what the company’s replies is.

I went for the eyebrows last week I never get done threading before it was my first experience and it was so good therapist Fatima was so so pleasant understand what I was asking....will definitely come back for this
