I just had a shutter installed for my bedroom bay window. From the first intersection with the sales team right through to the guy that did my quote and the installation team the service was outstanding, professional and responsive at all times. The shutters are of very high quality and finish and I will definitely be back to do my other room. It has been so nice not to be woken by the sunrise ! The Shutter Shop did a fantastic job. The initial measurement and consultation with Danny was extremely helpful and he gave us advice about delaying the shutter installation until another home project was finished, which we appreciated. Several months after the quote we got back in touch and made a couple of changes to our first choices, then booked in. The process was very clearly laid out and all timelines were made clear upfront; installation was 12 weeks after the booking and deposit as described. The shutters are beautiful quality, perfectly fitted to our windows due to the thorough initial survey. Installation took only a couple of hours, and everyone we dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would immediately recommend them to anyone looking for shutters.

The Shutter Shop were absolutely brilliant from the initial enquiry all the way through to installation.Having initially decided on a tier or tier style, and being indecisive on colour. I was able to go to their shop in West London, the staff on site were very patient and helpful. There were more styles on display available and the team were very knowledgeable.They informed me the shutters would be in before Xmas and they were!The installation team were friendly and installed in a timely fashion whilst also cleaning up after themselves and taking away any rubbish.I would highly recommend The Shutter Shop!
