Terrible customer service and extremely overpriced. Both owner’s are incredibly rude and unhelpful when order is wrong or in my case less than what I had paid extra for. Then when I phoned up the old lady slammed the phone down on me for making them aware of the mistake. Our company spends around £30 -£80 daily and we get treated like this. Will never order again from this establishment.

I walk in and say morning to the two lady's behind the counter. One proceeds to say something rude under her breath before retreating yo the back, I then get reluctantly served. I will never be going back

Very good post office. Staff very helpful and friendly. Parking available outside on most days. It's clean and well organized. They also sell home made buns, cakes, sandwiches etc, which are very nice. I had the flapjack, with chocolate chips and fruit, and I must say it was delicious!Recommended place if you fancy a quick snack while you send your parcels off!

Shop has an awful smell because of the hot sandwiches that they serve overall shop looks like it sells a range of household products. But the staff why are they always miserable and have a chip on their shoulder. Part of me thinks it's the post office moto to not have give good customer service.

The women owner is very snappy and inpolite. Never go in there again. Wouldn't recommend because of this.And reply to your response I lost some money under your filthy shelving and I didn't damage your plinth I put it back but left the filth exposed. That's why you were snappy. Like I said you will get my recommendations. Like he'll you will.

Very friendly & helpful staff. Open long hours. Well stocked and neat clean shop area. Fast & efficient Post Office services. Some tasty takeaway sandwiches, cakes & buns etc. if you need to grab & eat on the go. Easy access (auto doors) wheelchair friendly & right in the center of Birdwell. Small parking area at side of shop for a quick pop-in & out.
