Although a prompt service one wrong item received and no response to email very disappointing. Ordered mug and coaster should have had identical logo but didn't and it was a birthday present

This was mentioned very positively in our Bradt Guide to the Outer Hebrides. It wasn’t worth the detour. The coffee was from a self serve machine. There wasn’t much of interest in the shop.
