Absolutely way BELOW par. No way to talk to anyone by phone for customer service called in but too laid back on desk. Just referred to website. Waste of time will never even bother again. Deserve no stars.

Not good if you have been driven into from behind and are faced with your lawyer using this company. They turned up with a car twice as big as the damaged car. I said I did not like it and the young woman said they would not have a smaller one for about week. So they rack up income and I cannot use it over the weekend. Would never use it. I ring up again today and young woman, who claimed she drove a Mini (which doesn't help me) said don't raise your voice. So anyway the unused car was taken away today and I have a nice little Corsa coming, from a bit further away.What does Thrifty care about people who have been driven into?
