The telephony is poor.Two numbers are listed and one just cuts out after 20 seconds.The alternative number remains unanswered after 20 attempts.....yet mysteriously is engaged on follow-up attempts......suggesting the handset is left off the device?????I have been a member for 20 plus years and am very disappointed .
