After having an miss communication of how I would like my dogs hair cut. I had got in touch via email and received a very quick reply back. They offered me an appointment for the next day and all was put right . Very friendly staff nothing to much trouble. Would highly recommend..Thank you

The very best in care for your fur baby. The staff are brilliant. The owners are always happy to try and accommodate where they can. They will chat and advise willingly. Playtime with a little training and plenty of new friends for your animals. They come home exhausted and happy after enjoying a happy time.

Buddy my Beagle can't wait to get in and meet and play all day with the other dogs. The centre is well run and although the dogs run round together the is always a sense of control. If he could speak I am sure Buddy would agree with my comments

Got Shiro groomed today and the lady did a wonderful job. He looks amazing after his 'hair' cut. Will definitely be coming back with him..

Lovely people. Genuinely care for the dogs. Daisy-Doodle gets so excited when we arrive there . She is now fast asleep on my lap, better than a hot water bottle.-

I have worked with these guys since late 2016 and they are a fantastic team. Jim and Lauren are kind, patient, practical and are clearly very passionate about their business, their customers and the dogs they look after and groom.I have no problem recommending them to anyone who needs their dog groomed in their fabulous salon. Your pet will be treated like royalty during their stay!!

My dog has been with Helen and Matt for 7 years. He’s really settled there and they look after him, being an old boy now. I trust them and he’s happy there. The team are all great and I can recommend them 100%. Helpful, trustworthy, flexible. They’ve adapted to COVID restrictions to keep dogs, owners and staff safe.

I messaged on the weekend to see if they had any last minute appointments but at the time, did not realise they do not work weekends however they still responded quickly to say they are not open but offered me two appointments (the Monday or the Tuesday) and gave me the address and cost. I chose the Tuesday appointment and told them as I would be working, I would arrange a family member to bring my dog instead. I was then ignored for the rest of the weekend and messaged on the Monday, the day before the planned appointment, to say they offered it to someone else.I found this extremely unprofessional and quite upsetting and stressful for me. I understand they were not technically open but they offered me the appointment and therefore should’ve seen if I had replied to the message before offering it to someone else. I would’ve been happy if they just told me they would only reply during working hours or just tell me they had nothing if they never intended on giving me the appointment in the first place. I’m sure they do a good job but this was probably the worst first impression they could’ve given.
