It's expensive, but nice, although always out of alot of stuff, advertise the apple frapp but then don't have it same with pumpkin spice, the loss of stars if for this reason, they advertise all these lovely drinks and then never Have the ingredients to make themFinally got to taste the apple frapp so have upped from 3 to 4 starr

Nothing new. Starbucks is only selling coffee. No new snacks or sandwiches.This store the air is moist and not very comfortable. Its bit tired and dirty.

The hot chocolate was lukewarm. Please, could one of you take five minutes out from behind the counter and quickly clear and clean the tables. I've visited three times within the last two months at peak times, and the tables are always messy. Customers have no choice but to set at a table with dirty cups and plates.

Shambolic mess with children literally screaming at the tops of their voices and babies nappotes being changed on tbe food tables Not as it should be but the staff must find it hard to cope with too There are a surfeit of babies and youngsters with very young single mothers in Crawley This seems to be the meeting place

Stopped by this Starbucks after my holiday and fair to say it was an amazing way to end the holiday. Served by a lovely lady called caitlin who made the whole experience very personal who was very warm and friendly. Didn’t catch the name of the man who made the drink but it was very good- perfect temperature and full tasting coffee. Would defo recommend.

Service is always friendly, store often not full so atmosphere can be sterile. Food is good, but I'd love a real knife and fork to eat my tuna melt with.
