We bring our kids here very often. Staff and equipment are very nice and top of the line! Great place for the kids to let off some energy.

Take my daughter here regularly and she always has a great time with loads of space to bounce and jump off things. It's free to park up to 3 hours, reasonably priced for kids (especially if you get the summer pass - 5 visits for £40) and crucially free for non-bouncing parents to go in and wait (as opposed to other soft play businesses that charge adults to sit and twiddle your thumbs). Plenty of seats inside and it seems clean and well staffed. Drinks from the cafe are expensive so bring your own.

We went to the 6pm SEN session last night and it was perfect. No noise, dimmer lights, handful of people and staff were all very polite and helpful. It was great her siblings who are not SEN could go to and they know how to behave well around children with additional needs. I always worry when we take my daughter somewhere new because she is Autistic and you never know how she'll respond but it was fine. Perfect time of day as she takes ages to wind down in the evening so a jump to get her extra energy out before bed is perfect for us. Great the cafe was still open to. Good value for money. We'll be back. Thank you for offering SEN sessions. Only reason for four stars not five is because you only offer one SEN a week and it's also a bit pricey including the safety socks when you have more than one child.

Our first visit today and wasn't really sure what to expect. Booked myself and our 5 year old daughter online so quickly got checked in on arrival, watched a brief safety video and then went through into the main area. All staff friendly and helpful, plenty of space so although it was busy it wasn't crowded. £35 for the 2 of us for an hour seemed a bit steep, we'd definitely go back as it's a lot of fun but probably more as a treat than a regular thing.

Had a terrible experience after visiting my friend got a £60 fine even though we put her number plate in their machine to stay parked longer. She was told multiple times it would be sorted. Awful customer service they took so long to look into it correctly that she now has to pay £170 as it has gone to a third party. I would not visit again and would not recommend!!!

Had the little one's party here 2 years in a row. All went smoothly. The trampoline party was most popular with the kids, although the soft play is more pocket friendly. The party hosts are always super helpful. For our 2023 party, the host went above and beyond to set up our pinyata with the short time we had in the party room. Couldn't have had a more stress free celebration. Play area and party rooms are always tidy.

I took my grandchildren here for a half-term treat in the play area. Somewhat expensive but large and exciting for the children. As a grandparents on my own with 2 children, I appreciated the presence of staff walking around the play area for guidance and retrieval when separated. The food on offer was of reasonable quality and the till-service was friendly. However, on a busy half-term day, 2 tills would have been appreciated. I wondered what I would do in terms of supervision if one of the children needed the loo. All in all a good afternoon out.

Went today to try out the soft play area for an hour, unfortunately we didn’t get to test out the slides and upper area in the under 5s section as there was a lot of older children running around and throwing objects down the slides(I would guess 8-13yr) - I will be trying again only because another parent had mentioned that it is much better during term time when there are less children. The girl on the front desk was super helpful and friendly, and answered all questions I had.

The venue itself is good, however the food service is more chaotic than a hundred kids running around after a sugary drink. We ordered a pizza ( we spied they were Chicago Town ) and it took over 40 minutes to cook and came out cold. The manager" could not offer a refund on this as they claimed not to be able to
