Nice staff, food to overpriced in line with everywhere else, lovely atmosphere, although staff are lovely the drinks can be to washed down more time needs to be taken

Not disability friendly. Was served by a guy with a beard who assumed and assumed wrongly about me. Just because you can't see that I'm autistic doesn't make it not exist. Please think before judging, the way you treat people based on your judgements upon them can really harm. You seem to be the manager, please get yourself and your staff some disability training. For me this place now feels unsafe.

Pret A Manger is OK but you won't get a plate or a spoon even if you ask.Wi Fi is strong but if you try to use it a popup says web sites are all not safe to use which includes BBC, ITV and Sky.Now 2 years later no cups either, card and plastic. Not good for sitting inside in a cafe.

This OK for a quick bite. It was very busy on the day and the food was fine with a fairly good choice. Although busy delays were not too long in getting served.

Clean, spacious, friendly. Cinnamon swirl was nice. Good ethics and ecological values. Bit pricey but handy for a quick cuppa or WiFi

After a bad experience a few years ago where I needed to change my baby son's nappy, all the toilets were blocked and disgusting and the disabled toilet which is also a baby change was being used and the person using it was taking a while I had no choice but to change my son on the dirty floor. I complained to a staff member who couldn't have cared less, so since then I've avoided this place. Last week I went in to Pret to meet a family friend as it looked fairly quiet, but yet again really rude staff. It was 4.30pm and they'd already closed off half of the seating despite not closing for another 90 minutes, I understand staff want to get all the shut down tasks out the way but the staff were trying to stop people sitting in the closed off area which given if it was 5.50pm I'd understand but it was 4.30pm! So not a good start, we bought our drinks, sat down and then my son wanted the toilet. So I take him to the toilet, there is a guy with black and a mullet who had just finished cleaning the toilets, he locked ALL the toilets then refused to open them to let my 5 year old son go to the toilet, he was incredibly rude and I said where is my son supposed to go? He shrugged his shoulders and said wait for the disabled toilet to be free, a woman with a very young baby had just gone in before me so I wasn't going to rush her. I said my son needs the toilet now please open the doors, again he refused and walked off. We waited for a few minutes and in the end my son had to pee in the bin! I mean seriously!? They didn't close for another 90 minutes and were trying to stop people using the facilities. Will absolutely not being visiting again, go to Espresso up the road, far better coffee, food and the staff are lovely unlike this place.

Friendly and fast service. Food nice and fresh, but was very very busy inside and got out as soon as purchased. It was summer holidays so perhaps busier than usual but nice clean place and items displayed well and everything in stock for your lunch or snacks etc.

Ordered a smoothie from Pret in Bournemouth and there were pieces of tin foil in the smoothie, massive pieces. When talking to the manager over the phone he said that the fruits are wrapped in foil and sometimes when they cut them the foil may end up in the blender. It just does not make sense as to why that should happen. Be more aware and responsible with handling your food, unwrap them before cutting them or wash them afterwards! I had to sieve the smoothie to see just how much was in there, and I was shocked. I wonder how many people have consumed these smoothies without them noticing what they are actually drinking...
