conversation with the rudest man.Upon saying hello, I was to told to talk quicker!‘I’m very busy, either talk quicker or I’ll ring you in a hour’, to which I said I just wanted to check if a car was available. ‘The blue car you mentioned earlier is.....’ er no sir I was not talking about a blue car, I’ve never spoken to you! ‘Which car then’ I stated which car to where the boy on the phone said ‘no it’s gone’ and put the phone down! Well you aren’t going to sell cars like that are you fella!!! Even if it was there I wouldn’t buy from an ignorant idiot that spoke to me like that!Oh, rang again then I was told car was available.Then get there, not available.Get an email next day, it is available, apparently.Do you guys even know what you are doing?Shocking service

Just like many people said THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS!! . I paid £400 for a warranty that does not exist. Thank God the car I bought is not giving me any problems. I want to take this rogue trader to court if there is anyone who has any more details of this guy rather than their dodgy website stuff post if here.THESE CROOKS NEED TO BE STOPPED!!!!!!!On the flip side I will start using google reviews before I buy anything.

Do not buy from them, if you are looking for a trusted dealer. Its hard to reach them as soon as you pay the money. They simply cut the call, or put on hold so you don't call them again.I bought a BMW, the very next day it started showing warning sign which might be a major one. I tried to reach them, after 6/7 attempt I managed to reach one of their partner. He simply said, they don't take responsibility for repair, they just buy and sell the car.

Went to view an Audi TT, didn’t like the state of the car and it had warning lights up during test drive. Upon informing I didn’t want to buy and wanted to look at another car he had online, he became rude, defensive and refused to show me any of his other cars. Wish I read the reviews before driving well out of my way there.

AVOID AVOID AVOIDBought a car from him and asked him like 8 times if there was anything wrong with it... he answered '' I promise its all good, I don't like the dirty businesses which lie to you.'' So I completed the purchase after standing in the cold for 15 min and waiting for him. I drove to a garage to get it checked out, what the mechanic said was shocking, he said THE CAR IS STILL ACTUALLY IN OWNERSHIP OF THE GUY AND ITS NOT TAXED SO IT HAS NOT BEEN STREET LEGAL IN A WHILE. HE ALSO SAID THAT IT IS WORTH NOT EVEN HALF OF WHAT I PAID AND SOON MANY THINGS WILL BRAKE COSTING ABOUT £5000... He answered very quickly before I made the purchase and now completely ignores texts. If only I read the reviews. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD AVOID HIM.

Booked a test drive on Friday at 4:30pm for next day viewing I ask what time you open he reply 11am.from Plymouth(Devon ) got to London at 10:30am and rang to let him know we are outside he reply I'm sorry the Hyundai coupe was sold. I ask were he joking since I booked a appointment he said I'm very sorry I could give you £50 to petrol money and he said text me your bank detail I will send it to you asap. I was trying to stay calm and I said ok . Comes Monday text him asking for that £50 no reply.I don't understand how someone can run a business like that!!!!! I'm really unhappy !!!

Very rude. Poorest customer service I've ever experienced while just making an offer on a car. Never encountered such poor salesmanship. The staff I talked to on the phone doesn't meet the basic human descence criteria. Even if the bussiness is going under or whatever stress he is under you still deal with humans as humans. I was interested in there volvo 03 plate silver colour but the reception I got after making a substantial offer and subsequent hanging the phone on me was mind boggling. Blessing in disguise I don't have to deal with this rogue. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to this guy for a car purchase.

Is there any way of giving these guys a grade of below 1 star?? I called the number to enquire about a car. Ash - probably - was so interested in getting off the phone. I asked about the car and his response was what do you want?" Well mate I didn't call up for a chicken biryani!! Then he said I'm really busy can you hurry up. I said I wanted to see a car - gave him details - yes still got it was his reply. I said where should I come to view. He said check the address on the website - hurriedly getting off the phone. So unprofessional and alarm bells should have rung for me then.I drove for over 2 hours to get to the specified address - you should check out the spelling of wharf on their website as they can't even get that right - and called Ash. He responded what was I doing there and that I should be at the Ferry Lane address. Ferry Lane?? I said you said to come to the address on the website!!! Ok give me a mo I'll call my my business partner was his response. His partner called me a minute later and said sorry the car had gone ages ago. What!!!!! I have spent 2 hours driving for nothing. DO NOT touch these guys with a barge pole. This is not the first of these occurrences. Check out the other reviews. They have done this numerous times before to customers. Definitely not even worth the one star."

Avoid these dodgy guys like the plague. Bought a car from him he seemed like a trustworty fella. Once I had purchased the vehicle the following the car would not go into reverse. Took it to my mechanic to have a once over he told me I had an issue with my gearbox and needed to seen by a specialist. The specialist advised that that o would need a new gearbox costing me £2,800. Considering when I purchased the car I was told the gearbox had just been serviced I would be fine not too worry. When I called him back to confirm the details of the person who serviced the gearbox he became extremely annoyed with me. Then asked if j could hold theme. He did not come back to me. AVOID AVOID AVOID
