Working at Magna has been a major low point in my life.

Worst company I ever worked for. Keep cancelling my shifts and some team leaders are awful and lazy. By working in this company you’ll realise how dirty and unsanitary the chocolates are. My final thought about this company is that if you want to get food poisoned and get yo life ruined go to Magna!

The high turnover of people starting and leaving tells you a lot about Magna.seasonal work so be prepared to live for over 3months without a job.you will notice who the controlling supervisors are by the shape of them working here so many years eating chocolate daily but you get the threat of instant dismissal if you try to.If you really want to feel unappreciated and just a robotic number then this maybe for you…also because there’s no onsite parking for employees you are expected to park around 15mins before shift starts (10min walk) away where a coach will take you to work then after a 12hour shift you will have to wait another 15mins for coach to take you back to car park….so 30mins of your time that has no value to Magna…you will get 3 30min breaks unpaid also…they only value there own time.

I have experienced joy in my work in high technology manufacturing with a friendly team of craftsmen. I had the use of my abilities, my character and will - it was not always easy with a 12-hour night shift. I am grateful that I had such an experience in my life. Jurijus Sorockinas

high attrition rate. worst working environment. hr and management do not bother about workers. ur only a number to hr. sometimes u have to work for 5 days continuosly because of lack of staff.

My mate just started last Monday he very unhappy there he is struggling to understand people with the language barrier. He told me the staff are rude people are on their phones and even eating the chocolate. And doesn’t get a set break so he never no when it’s his turn. He waited over hour to go to toilet he asked supervisor and made him wait till found cover which took over hour.

I worked there before and everything was fine my name Is Camilla Asare. I've been depressed,but I am good and I thank you magna . I'm sorry for any my bad behaviour when I was upset And don't want to disturb the staff and workers . Please, I hope I can help out but at the moment I won't be able to work there because of my behaviour as a horrible person. Please forgive me .

Sorry i couldn't give 0 stars.So basically ot's all those bad reviews here + the noise in the factory.I wss fortunate to have only worked there 2 weeks and even if you use ear plugs your ears will still hurt afterwards.imagine doing that for months or years....Also doing a 12hr shift there feels like youve been there for a whole monthTime passes ridiculously slow no matter what position you are on.Just don't do it ull thank me laterAight thats about it
