5* housing association puts all the others to shame. I had a great housing officer Mark Russell. The contact centre go above and beyond to help & support.If you get offered accommodation from Langstane you're lucky the houses are 5*

They have some good properties, however I moved and got chagrd just over £200 for the bathroom floor which had glue marks on it. The marks were there when I moved in, they told me not to worry about it.Yeah, brilliant.

I have unfortunately Complained about noise, drug use and threatening neighbours that have attempted to attack me and gotten nowhere. I had to call the police at one point as I was so scared for my safety. The staff are okay; I never had a bad encounter with them. However, my flat has mould, and my back door was broken when I moved in. I would recommend trying to rent with someone else.

Langstane are a really good housing association I have rented from them for a number of years never had any problems. Does occasionally take a while for repairs to be done

Do not move to their properties never, bed service, no maintenance support and extra expenditure after contract came to the end. The rent fees are are higher then you can imagine and are rising every year.

I'm a Tennent, Linda has done a perfect job I can't fault her. But the lady who works on the front desks, has about as much brains as a used Tea Bag

Don't deserve any stars.This lot couldn't run a bath never mind a company. I am disabled two weeks + and still waiting for a shower door to be fitted. Was told Friday now Tuesday still no sign. Angry not been able to shower. Just given the run around

A sex worker was given written permission by Langstane to use the flat above me as premises for her work. The Director of Housing informed me in writing that she had given permission and, since then, I have had to hear obscene noise every day which means I cannot have visits from my family. I believe I'm right to consider the decision to allow it to be shabby and shameful. And a senior staff member advised me to get some friends to beat up a problem neighbour who had mental health problems. Absolutely disgusting. Three similarly worded recent positive reviews, all posted on the same date, are from an employee and her mother. A new positive review is from another Langstane employee whose position in the Association can easily be found online. Another new review is from the father of another employee. This has been reported to Google and my MSP. They really are worried about accurate reviews from tenants. N.B. 4 dogs in 8 flats equals noise and danger.
