Paula is a wonderful yoga teacher. She pushes me to improve my practice gradually, increasing my strength and ability whilst maintaining a focus on the mind throughout class. I leave Paula’s classes and workshops feeling stronger, calmer and more mindful. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Paula is great! She creates a very warm and relaxing environment, caters for all your needs. The massage is very relaxing and really helped my aches and pain! Would definitely recommend!
