Holiday Inn Manchester - City Centre, an IHG Hotel

I attended for a work conference so I can't comment on the rooms. But the staff were helpful and polite.The lobby, restaurant and conference room were nicely decorated and clean.A buffet style lunch was provided, very random selection but it was tasty enough.Close to the trains, buses and trams so easy to get there.

My son recently had his wedding there. The staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent, as was breakfast the following morning. The room was spacious and clean, shower and water pressure were great. Lift and stairs option. Great central location too.

Location is fantastic. Rooms were clean although I have to mark down due to room not being room requested due to availability, which brings me into service 0 acknowledgement to dissatisfaction to room choice not being available and 0 interest in offering a good service experience after waiting 30 minutes to check in with only 1 of the 3 reception staff serving. In addition I have tried to contact the hotel regarding lost property over email and call to no response!

This is one of my favourite hotels anywhere. I stay there every time I’m working in Manchester. The rooms are spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff are all really friendly, professional and helpful eg José on reception and Jane Shaw. The breakfasts are amazing. It’s handy too to have a little fridge in the room. The hotel is ideally located just a few minutes’ walk from Piccadilly train station and is also near the city centre shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Excelente hotel.Instalaciones muy limpias y modernas.Personal muy amable.Desayuno tipo buffet muy variado.Ubicación a 4 mi de la estación del bus, muy céntrico.Muy recomendado.

Room was perfect, breakfast plate was cold other than that fine.I did notice a number of middle Eastern families so suspect the hotel is a migrant hotel.However their presence was fairly discrete and of no major issue.Welcome was great and dinner was available until 2230.Very quiet for a central location
