i always feel like a kid in a candy shop when i visit creams, and i love it! the waffles are so fresh and taste amazing. there are also loads of other choices like ice cream sundaes and milkshakes. the vibe is fun too, especially when you come with a group.

Crepes is very delicious! Banana and strawberry are good. Staff is very kind and patient. Food is good, but to me is little bit much. When I can’t finish it the staff can notice that and help me pack it up. And ask my feeling. I was very touched. I don’t know his name but I hope he can know that I did have a good day because of him. Thank you!

Very poor service, took 3 staff members to work out how to take a cash payment. The service is so bad that after waiting almost 30mins they still hadn't cooked my waffle and the place was pretty quiet. Tables were dirty and full of rubbish and the cooking area was very poorly kept and looked very grubby. 100% not a place I would go back and certainly would never recommend anyone to go there. I am sure if trading standards went in there they would close it down, kitchen area as per picture shows the state of the grubby cooking area. Was eventually glad to get my money back after another 10 minutes as they also did not know how to work the till to do that. So 40 mins and no food, very very poor service.

We absolutely love this dessert place, fantastic waffles. Always great service. Amazing menu, varied and great value for money. Would highly recommend.

We went for a vegan waffle for my son who is dairy free and he said it was delicious ! What more can you ask for. The servers were very friendly

Friendly team. At first we thought it was rather expensive but, when you see the portion size, it's not bad value. We would have shared had we of known the portion size. Amazing choice and all wonderful food. Highly recommended. COME HUNGRY!!!

Ordered for a late night munch after a long shift at work, I ordered strawberry and banana waffle and got white chocolate bueno.. which I can’t even eat! This is sickening. I expected better from this place

Just one word. Fabulous place. You'll love it. If I go to Queens street, I visit this place all the time. Must try. They have a big menu of desserts, donuts, ice cream and shakes. There is vegan option here as well. Go in chill and enjoy the delicious taste of every item they have to offer.

One of the best outlets in the city centre for Chocolatey stuffs.. All things chocolatey are mouthwatering … Waffles, Donots, cookies, Thick shakes and my personal favourite.. hot chocolate. They have quite a lot of combo dishes in their menu too, and it’s very affordable!This place is very accessible in the city centre, and has huge seating capacity. The ambience is also amazing and well decorated.Another thing that makes this place stand out is their staff. They are so friendly and amazing.
