Antonio is an absolute rockstar. He spent so much time and gave us incredible advice, and we ended up being big fans of the store. We will most definitely come back. I would highly it!!!

Good range of products but their customer service isn't great. Staff aren't really seem interested in helping you and are not very friendly either. On my most recent visit, I wanted to get some help on choosing a couple of cycling products and there wasn't a single member of staff on hand who was able/willing to help. The manager was of no help at all as he had seemed to have no knowledge of bikes.

Always spend way to long in Decathlon. Staff very helpful and tall which is always useful when you are 5 foot tall. Store much better than Aberdeen. Love the fact that you can find things for so many sports.

Me and my family go to Decathlon often, every time we went we found the workers to be ver kind and patient, earlier today we had to go there to buy a new bike and some other stuff. We were there for more than 30 minutes and a worker named Jo stayed with her all the way! She was very helpful and patient.

Felipe at the Edinburgh Decathlon Store is absolutely fantastic. As well as being incredibly knowledgeable about bicycles, he was also very friendly and understanding (as we had our three children in tow!).
