Horrendous

Most horrendous experience of my life and even worst customer service.they REFUSE to refund me. I stayed for 2 nights due to help my mental health and tp get away from a toxic situation, to find myself spending what I had on a room which had a soaked carpet, no electricity throughout the house. Woke up to loud cries for help because some guy was doing work" and flooded the whole house. The fire alarm was dripping with water... that's how flooded it was. Down stairs had no light and that meant going to the toilet at night was dangerous. The paint on the walls were literally peeling and every inch of the bathroom was wet. As you could imagine it didn't smell nice and I didn't have a good night sleep while the carpet in my room stunk because it didn't get dried. I complained to the owners and explained my mental health and all they did was offer me another night free and that they thought the stay wasn't that bad. I'm confused how they don't see their wrong and don't want anyone else to experience such a terrible experience. It was impossible to contact them when I first arrived and the problems started
