Just purchased a van and 4x4. 5* service, nothing was too much trouble, easy to deal with, fast, thorough seamless service and Simon, Mick and John-Paul were fantastic to deal with. Wouldn't hesitant to recommend.

Bought my Mercedes Benz convertible last month and I couldn't be happier. The car is in fantastic condition and drives beautifully. There was no hard sell and the car was an excellent price. The guys at the garage couldn't have been more helpful. On collection, I got picked up from the train station and given an extensive explanation of all the gadgets. I would most definitely recommend this garage.

Bought a van 16 plate last August. Things went wrong straight away. Took van to my garage and found out the radiator was broken after being in an accident was screwed together. Other engine parts held together with tie wraps. Engine knocking due to lack of oil. Van Stop owner didn't want to know. Wasn't bothered. Took to main dealer for diagnostic assessment twice. Report is damning. Cost me a fortune. This van was not fit for purpose at point of sale. Nothing back from dealer. I wouldn't trust these. My garage who I've used for years said they would have known about the issues prior to sale. Still having trouble with electrics. Not good.Response:I had new clutch, starter motor, radiator, etc. Any mechanic worth their salt should have seen that this van had been in a collision and notified yourselves. It has been bodged up, sold to me as if it had a full inspection and I've been left out of pocket getting it sorted. I did notify you when my mechanic observed it. Very poor. Dangerous in fact. I gave you the chance to help me but you didn't want to know. Screwing the radiator pieces together and other parts held in place with tie wraps, and you weren't bothered that you'd sold the van on.

Worst dealership, i bought a 2017 Vauxhall vivaro back in december and after not even 2000miles driven within 2 months, the van broke down and it took 2 months to get it fix and even now im not in the possession of the van because this mens didn't pay the cost of repairs to collect my van. Very rubish company, i do not recommend

a shaving company, I bought a van in December 2017 and in February the van broke down and stopped on the street, they didn't provide the warranty for a year and I had to pay £1900 out of my pocket, but I have to give it a go judgment, I do not recommend this company

We recently purchased a minibus from Van Stop Bolton. My company is based in Ireland, so we couldn’t view the vehicle before we purchased it due to COVID. Mick in sales was brilliant, and so easy to deal with. He helped out with getting the vehicle to Holyhead with no fuss what so ever. The bus was exactly as described in the advert.
