Don't get a piercing here.Went for a nose piercing, it took three attempts with the gun before the piercing went all of the way through, the first time the piercer pulled the leaver and nothing happened, the second time he attempted with the same gun and it half pierced my nose making it bleed, the third time he changed the gun and pierced it successfully.The only compensation I was given for the two failed (but painful) piercings was a 'free bottle of saline' which had already been opened and had things floating in it. I would expect a reduction in the £12 price for such a bad piercing.

This is a fine vape store inside the indoor market opposite Sainsbury's. It has all the juices you could wish for and the woman behind the counter is very helpful. It's competitive with its pricing. There are some bargains to be had. Especially when they're letting go of juices coming up to a month or so before end of sell by date. They don't hang around. Bosh the boss puts them down to half price and sticks them in a box in the counter. I've had some tasty stuff I may not have tried otherwise. I've been pleasantly surprised.

I would like to say thank you to the lady who served me today (Friday 17th March) for being very helpful and friendly.I have Autism Spectrum Disorder which makes shopping trips difficult. During my visit I felt calm and didn't feel like I had to rush, which was great as I had a moment where I forgot what I was doing.Thank you again for helping me to stay calm and not feel like I was being rushed. It's small things like this which makes stressful situations a little easier.

Terrible customer service bought e-cig for £35 on 1st October. On 24th November it exploded in my face while using it, took it back with receipt staff accused me of smashing it myself, and refused to refund or replace, I have spent a lot of money in that shop and the way I was treat was DISCUSTING

I'm in utter disbelief and shock at how bad the customer service is. I went in looking to make a few decent purchases for family and work colleagues. The young lady managing the store was stood on her phone having a friendly chat with someone, completely ignoring myself and other potential customers. This went on for a good 8 minutes. I gave up waiting and left. I will not be returning.
