Abacus Windows and Conservatories provided an excellent service replacing all the wooden windows with UPVC windows at a local GP Surgery, Richie was really helpful his work, quality and service was faultless, would not hesitate to recommend. Also used personally at my own home to replace all my front door furniture and again fantastic workmanship and such a great chap, definitely recommend.

Fitted double glazing throughout the house a few years ago. Great service. Called him 2 days ago to look at replacing front door. He asked me to send him a text as he was on the road. Still waiting for a response. Obviously doesn't need my custom!!! Probably doesn't need this bad review, either......

Rich @ Abacus Windows, Doors & Conservatories recently fitted a new door for my parents and what a great service he delivered! From start to finish, Rich was honest and made sure they were given the best customer service. The quality of the door was excellent, and the price was absolutely reasonable.

We used Richie last year and were pleased with the way in which he replaced some failed glazing units. We asked him to return this year to fit new polycarbonate panels to our conservatory porch. Unfortunately the standard of this work is less than satisfactory. Richie was quick to chase payment but has been less than quick in trying to chase up end caps for the spars and panels meaning the roof looks unfinished. I’ve chased up a couple of times and he says he is incredibly busy but it rather feels like he has lost the desire to sort the job out. I will of course amend this review if the situation is rectified. It’s disappointing when someone lets a returning customer down in this way.

Following a recommendation I contacted Rich to check over some drafty windows. He came to check this over and was able to fix this for us immediately. And in addition checked all our other windows to ensure all issues were fixed.Highly recommend
