Drop his dirty bag of rods on our carpet .top fire plate not installed correctly keeps falling down.fire does not burn as it should will use another sweep

I would recommend this company- friendly, professional and very thorough. They took a lot of care to make sure the chimney was swept thoroughly and kept the area clean and tidy.Good advice was given and I will definitely be using again as I was very impressed compared to previous jobs by other local companies.
