Bespoke Phones

Came in with a faulty phone camera, the guy managed to get under the screen and clean the lenses, took about 10 minutes in total and fixed it. He didn't want to charge me anything. Definitely recommend

I needed a new back & battery on my Note 8. Bespoke Phones were the best price, they use genuine parts, & did the work in under an hour after the parts were ordered in.Very professional & I would certainly use them again.

Daughters iPhone XR screen had green lines with a grey lines side strip.Bespoke phones sorted it out within 30 minutes, excellent service highly recommend.

I can't give Bespoke phones enough praise. Whatever problem I have, it is never to much work for these guys. I have also sold a couple of my phones to them and always get a fair price. customer service is second to none. I cant recommend enough. I brought in a water damaged iphone needing a screen replacement and the parts were ordered before being installed the following morning.Great value, knowledgeable staff and fantastic service.

Having previously left a scathing review on this business on behalf of an acquaintance which was in fact false I really feel that even though I have not had any first hand experience with this business it still deserves a mention. A bad review like that for an independent business can be devastating for the owner but despite this I was still approached by Rory in a courteous, polite manner with a genuine concern regarding the situation, rather than the nastiness that something like this would deserve (I know if it was me I wouldn’t have held back!) I just wanted to publicly apologise to Rory and his staff, and draw attention to the pure professionalism that was retained throughout the whole exchange in an extremely sensitive and potentially emotional situation, an exchange in which I doubt anyone else would have reacted in the same way. I can only say that judging by how this situation was handled I have no doubt at all in the previous claims that the customer service at Bespoke Phones is second to none, and genuinely wish Rory all the best for the future of his business.
