Curry's Fun Park

We had a wonderful day her last week great to see its still a fun park

I absolutely LOVE Currys/Barry's! Been going for years and it's so much fun for all ages! We had from age 1-37 and all had the best time! Amazing rides, great arcades, friendly staff and good choice of food & drinks!

Great fun for all the family... New water flume ride was awesome

Myself and My daughter brought the grandkids here and they loved it, especially splash mountain, my daughter ended up with a wet bum and I ended up drenched lol . The bumper cars were the best. Ghost train could do with much more added to it, not one scare did our 4 year old have never mind the 8 year old. A great few hours and brought back a lot of memories for me.

So good to see this place open again it was very busy. My daughter and her friend went on all the rides they absolutely loved it. If you buy 20 tickets for £20 you get 5 free. Each ride is different so some are 3 tickets some are 2, it just depends what you like. There was a few places to for the kids great day for all.

Most of these rides are the same as what they were in the former Barry's so no effort here although some great rides have been removed and are now greatly missed.One noticeable change is the price per person for rides, a lot of these are charging 3 tokens each and the rides don't tend to last long enough to make this anywhere worth it for kids. The biggest let down was the 'Ghost Train' ride, absolutely nothing happened! It was dark and there were some faint sound effects but nothing moved and it was over if felt like 30 seconds!Begin to think through what you are offering, it should value for money whilst making the whole family happy, both adults and kids!

Decided to visit on Sunday evening for the first time after seeing a Facebook advert that they opened to late and thinking a late evening date night to Portrush was in order. Went to the toilets on arrival and saw that although it was quiet, all amusements were manned, with two currently active. I went to the man guy at the front and asked for 6 tokens to be told this, This is the information desk. And we close in 30 minutes." Very rude man for no reason at all. "I'm sure we could get on one ride in 30 minutes?" While he says "tokens are sold back there" (very helpful)

Pitty there is no rollercoaster. But the fun of the fair is still there.Dodgems tho seem to have been slowed down which is not as fun.Icecream and drinks a bit pricey.

Formally ‘ Barry’s ‘ amusements.Not the largest theme park, but there’s something for all ages. Clean and looks well maintained.
