As a family we feel so privileged to have had my Mum as a resident at Greenhill Manor. She was a resident for nearly four years and throughout that time any query has been dealt with promptly.The staff are so happy, caring, professional and knowledgeable. They always have time to explain anything you ask.The kindness when Mum passed away recently was more than we expected in these difficult times. They made it possible for Mum to be as comfortable as possible and her family around her when she passed.Karen, we will always be eternally grateful to you. Matthew and Jane, you were the voices of calm in the storm and kept us sane.Thank you to all the other staff on Trevithick that we came in contact with.A very deserved 5 stars, would give more if possible. I have been part of the greenhill manor family here at greenhill Manor for the past 17years . Greenhill manor is a great place to work. everyone is really friendly and we provide the highest standard of person centered care.

I cannot praise this care home enough after my Dad’s recent admission . The care he has received from all staff members has been second to none . They could also not have been more accommodating to my family and nothing is ever too much trouble. A worthy five stars !
