There is a young lady who works in the bike department, Rachel.I asked her to fit 2 new inner tubes, and 2 new tyres.I went to the cafe next door while she was working, and before I was even half way through my coffee - she called me, informing me she was done.As well as such speedy work, she was the most lovely individual one could hope to meet. 5/5 - Give this girl a raise!

Wasn't happy with the 10-point check the guy didn't check my tyre pressure because the caps wouldn't come off. Instead of telling me he said he had finished . When questioned he firstly admitted he hadn't done the check but after subsequently snapping a valve off tried to hide that too . The workshop now have ordered a sensor for the broken one but that means the offside tyre haven't been checked .

Great experience at the Eastbourne shop. From the lady at the front till showing me where to go to the guys on the car desk, everyone was so friendly and helpful.I'd like to mention Ali in particular who fitted the bulbs. Lovely young lad.

We popped in to check availability of upgraded headlamps for our Mini Countryman. James guided us through the process, explaining every detail confidently and in a friendly manner. He took us to the pay desk and introduced us to Gemma who was extremely polite and informative. She explained the benefits of the Halfords Premium Club membership to which we signed up. We were then introduced to the engineer who quickly and efficiently installed the new bulbs.All three of these young people were enthusiastic, helpful, and knew what they were talking about. They made us feel important and special. 10/10 to the team at Halfords in Eastbourne Steve and Marcus

Excellent customer service. Went to buy three bulbs and then someone called James showed me that I could save a couple of quid if I bought a bulb kit rather than individual bulbs. With the money I saved I paid to have my headlight bulb fitted Excellent customer service from James. Will definitely return.

Absolutely brilliant! Popped in to get a new headlamp bulb replaced/fitted. Immediately greeted by the smiling helpful James, who was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. James went above & beyond, making me feel at ease, giving me the choice & asking my opinion. He even managed to sign me up to the membership club which in the long run will save me ££££££…great experience. Well done James!! Also must mention Matt & Marc who carried out the WeCheck service, thanks guys.

Wanted a new set of windscreen wipers. Very helpful and welcoming staff on the tills paid to have them fitted and expected a delay as all the fitters looked busy but was seen immediately. The fitter knew what he was doing and fitted in less than five minutes. Great customer service and definitely will go back there again. Highly recommended.

Just dropped in to talk about buying a new bike as I will need one for work and haven't rode for about 20years. Spoke to a lady called Rachel who couldn't of been more helpful went through various different builds and designs about what I would and wouldn't need within my price range made the whole process very easy so much so I've brought a bike that will suit me perfectly.
