I have been to Maia's soundbaths twice now and had different wonderful experiences at both. The most recent I had been going through a difficult stressful time in my life and after the class I felt like a huge weight had been lifted

I have attended 4 of Maias sound baths now and never regret it. Each one has left me deeply relaxed and enabled a good nights sleep.Maia has a celtic voice which is intertwined with singing bowls and other instruments which have a strange but soothing effect on the body.I always feel confortable and safe in the sessions and would highly recommend them to anyone.

LOVE the sound bath experience. My friend and I have such different emotions each time. Maia is a fab practitioner, so welcoming and calm. Also sharing this experience with strangers is a comforting feeling. The last group at Oswestry, we all shared and it was a judgement free zone.

I've attended a couple of Maia's sound baths in person, and listened to a few through streaming services as well, and the effect is astonishing.It's difficult to describe how much of an influence sound can have on your mind and body, and Maia has a gift at composing sound baths that seem to do no less than gently lift you to into a clear and peaceful state of consciousness, where you can rest and think and feel, and be aware of yourself in a way that allows growth and healing.I recommend experiencing one of Maia's sound baths. They are beautiful moments in which to spend your time!
