DFS Haverfordwest

Bought a leather sofa from this store and had to have it reupholstered 4/5 times due to the leather peeling and now the parts they have reupholstered have started peeling, drive over to the store to speak to someone as it's pointless phoning looked at opening times it states 10am, fine I hang around till then 10am comes I try to go instore to be told we are not open until 2pm today very abruptly, I reply I would like to speak to someone about my sofa and was shot down with our systems ain't on till 2pm. Great customer service!!

Big store. Found what we liked pretty quickly and no pushy sales patter. Gave us some to look around and come back a few times. Easy process and delivered when they said it would be. Around 12 weeks but you know where you stand.

Bought a new sofa a few months ago, a couple of faults so an engineer was sent out and he repaired one fault and told me that a bluetooth module for the speakers would be ordered and i would be contacted.A month later i contact DFS and am told no bluetooth module ordered in fact no mention that the module should be replaced, lots of apologies and they would contact the store straight away who would contact me.Well it's a few weeks later i have contacted DFS who tell me that they will contact the store today, as it is the store that has to order and organise the repair.It seems the store wants to sell you sofas, but are not interested in the faults and repairs.

We purchased a corner sofa, the man working there wasn't pushy, he was polite and informative, and that was nice. Left to go get my wife, and he didn't try to bait me. That was good.

I found what I wanted very quickly with the help of a great but not pushy salesman. He also gave me a great deal so I m looking forward to getting my new settee.

Had half the order turn up first time round. This was sent back with the delivery drivers due to a sofa being missing, when both sofas finally turned up they were the wrong colour. Cushions were correct but bases wrong. Still trying to sort out. USE ANOTHER COMPANY

Absolutely horrendous lied to and fobbed off continuously let down big time on delivery and very hard work to get a refund still waiting in fact after being guaranteed it would be within 10 working days only got the deposit back not the £1631 balance would not trust these guys to kit out a dolls house

Very disappointed with DFS, after getting my order wrong, and wanting to charge me extra to rectify it. Kept changing delivery dates. Very disappointed with the service, felt like they just want to keep getting money off you

Wow. What can I say. Sofa delivered with marks on. Chair with felt tip drawing on it. Broken foot stool when it arrived a week later. Still not fixed. If I didn't have so much going on right now I'd have dropped the whole lot back to them.Friendly enough people to talk with but get the distinct impression they don't give a fxxk.
