I have bought a car in very bad condition. Instead of the test drive we were told to do short circle near the shop in a low speed because Jamie was too sneaky to put a petrol in the car. When complained I was told I had a test drive. Really? He couldn't even start the Peugeot 208 3-4 times, couldn't fold the roof back. Avoid to go to this showroom, I have lost £2500 but you may loose much more. The worst purchase of my life, I will strongly warn all my friends to avoid it.Even the one star is far too much. I am expecting lots of lies from their side but it's how it is. Just LIARS.MargaretaP. S. The owner has deleted my review from his website as many others negative ones, so when you enter his shop, a 'GOOD name' is first thing what they mention!! Sick!

Avoid! Jamie is a cowboy, sold us a 2nd hand car which on paper looked great. Sadly the car had multiple problems with injectors from week 2. We have spent over £1500 on the car, now it's broken down again the car isn't worth fixing and is only good for parts. He knew we were a hardworking young family on a budget and needed a reliable car. The car constantly breaking down ruined our both our daughters birthdays, a holiday too France and our sons christening amongst other things. Jamie has taken a our savings, has now blocked us calling and texting him, he knows the car is no good.

Extremely helpful & really cares about their customers!I bought a ford from them in march which came with a free MOT. They were very friendly and genuine. They also offered advice through the MOT and I got a pass. I have booked in a service with them next week because I have been so impressed with their service.

I bought some new wheels for my Wrangler Jeep and not only were they with Yokohama tyres but also about £500 less than anywhere else. Very nice and helpful staff.

I spoke on the phone with these and they where so helpful. I think the lady's name was Kelly but they where able to show me some good options.If you want a used car in Bournemouth I would recommend these!I nearly bought my dream Mercedes here but taxes on bringing home to Ireland made it unaffordable.Thanks so much guys for your time and sorry VRT in Ireland is a joke.

If you are buying a car around Bournemouth, I genuinely believe after our experience this should be your first and last stop. We initially bought a car from FB marketplace which let us down big time, these guys were our saving grace-Excellent range of well priced, well maintained vehicles.- The most kindest, honest and genuine customer experience I’ve had in years, these people genuinely car about you without intent.- if they don’t have the car you want they go the extra extra mile to find it for you from auctions we cannot access.- finance options although we went with matchmefinance in the end, (surprisingly easy to get cars on finance)- they do all the finance for you and endlessly assisted in finding a suitable lender.- If you are in the local area and looking for a mid range car you’d be mad to go elsewhere. And main dealerships are silly money, this hits in the middle perfectly.- offer warranty- transparent with car history- have a service team.This was the best customer journey experience of for myself it’s so rare to find a place like this run by people like this, I can see why people come from al round the country. This is beyond customer Kelly & Jamal are just amazing people.Thank you guys for my wives car, our family feels so much safer.Have a lovely Christmas

We visited this showroom having seen a Honda we liked the look of. The welcome was overwhelming. Jaime, Kelly and Lily were so friendly it was like meeting up with friends. Jaime produced all the relevant documentation and guided us through everything we needed to know and more.A lot of car sales people get bad reputations but these people are genuine, they couldn't be more helpful. The showroom is amazing, there are gorgeous cars in there which have been lovingly restored, and you can see straight away that cars are their passion.My husband bought the Honda and went to collect it today, and when he came home he produced the most gorgeous bouquet of flowers which they had sent for me. I was astounded. Purchased a car this week for them, couldn’t be happier, lovely car, lovely people, extremely friendly and down to earth. Just bought a Mercedes-Benz SLK yesterday, so happy with the car! Pretty much mint condition, low mileage and a great drive. Jamie and Kelly were so friendly, helpful and accommodating and didn’t assume that my dad was buying it for me when all other dealers did - made me feel good about the sale. I flagged a small concern that the tyre pressure warning came on and Jamie took it straight over the road to Halfords to sort it out. Couldn’t recommend them enough, would definitely buy from them in the future! Thank you once again.
