Excellent service from Josh on Sunday 27/08/23. He helped us to change our currency back from Norwegian Krone and US dollars, to pounds, he was friendly, personable, and took a genuine interest in our holiday we’d been on. Wish there were more people in retail like this.

Excellent, patient, professional service from Hicham at the St. David's, Cardiff branch yesterday. A complicated transaction with a number of documentary requirements in my role as Executor which Hicham explained very clearly and guided me through. And the most competitive exchange rates which is what took me to Eurochange in the first place! Very highly commended and I will definitely be back for my own foreign currency requirements in the future.
