The member of staff at this St.Helen’s branch are unbelievable,from the manager at the top to the whole shop floor couldn’t do enough for me.This shop went the xtra mile,I will highly recommend Millets St.Helen branch all day long,I only hope there staff are rewarded with a bonus come Christmas,for all the work they do through the year.Thanks Mike

I was delighted that Millets has reopened in St Helens and, even moreso with the massive discount I got on the things I bought. All the staff were very friendly and helpful too; I'm really looking forward to my next visit too. :)

Think ive saw a lot friendier and engageing staff since they took over that shop ive been shopping there for years and never met such a condersending manager maybe my shopping trolley full of shpping made me udersirreble last year i bougt a p. Storm coat, Brasher shoes, stormgrip boats, Brasher walker cane, P Storm Tshirt and socks which is what i went in for last week and bougt 2 Tshits aswell i was waiting a bit becasue i need a new coat after the zip on my last broke guess i dint spend enough in Millets and the quality of P Storm is not so good any more after 20yrs i think i need a breakaway from Storm and Millets BYE

If your looking for outdoor gear for all range of budgets a great place to shop. Although this branch is not a large one it still stocks a wide variety. Worth a visit.

Over 14 days and still haven't received my online order. Keep receiving texts stating how hard they are working to get my order to me. Fed up of COVID being used as an excuse - they've all been at this for over 10 months now and yet there are record numbers out of work. Try hiring some temporary staff for Xmas if you're that busy. Report grade D
