Graham at Algeos has been fantastic and we are impressed by their service. A machine of ours became faullty (through normal ware and tear) and Graham helped us every step of the way solving the issue, and sent the replacement part out which arrived the very next day.

I brought the optogait system , and then later the EMS laser and Shockwave through Algeos and over 2 years have had a lot of dealings with Graham Beck from delivery , set -up of equipment and training to after care support and he has been so amazing, knowledgeable, helpful , proactive , responsive and understanding what more can I say than a five star rating. Would recommend Algeos great products and great staff.

A total disaster, order made in October 2020, it took months to deliver and we're still waiting for the delivery of a part. All the goods are paid for since October. The sales service (Eleanor) ignore the messages and no calls or any follow up. That business deserve to go belly up!

If I could give a 0 rating then that would be more accurate. Awful service. Didn’t dispatch until I chased them after almost two weeks. Then were being difficult when trying to get a refund which I still have not received. I wonder if this is a scam company?

Atrocious.If you can get items elsewhere, do.Chase you to sell and then near impossible to get a response for servicing / issues / follow up in future.Been on both ends several times now and will simply avoid them if at all possible in future.
