Brilliant dentist and dental hygienist! I have sensitive teeth and they have been so careful. The quality of the fillings, etc, is excellent. I generally hate going to the dentist, but this is such a better experience.

I had an emergency appointment today at the clinic, and I want to commend both the receptionist, Emi, and Dr Marin for their exceptional service. Emi was incredibly welcoming and efficient. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in, handling paperwork smoothly and answering all my questions with patience.Dr. Marin was equally impressive. His professionalism and expertise was evident throughout my appointment. He took the time to explain the procedures, addressing my concerns and ensuring I felt at ease. I had to do an emergency tooth extraction which turned out to be painless and effective, leaving me with a great impression of their skills and care.Overall, I highly recommend this clinic, thanks to the outstanding receptionist Emi and Dr. Marin. Their dedication to patient satisfaction and dental excellence sets them apart. I'll definitely be returning for future dental needs.

I have had great experiences at EuroDental and recommend them highly. They took the time to talk with me about what treatment I needed, how it would work, and how much it would cost. When the time came my filling went very smoothly - a truly painless experience! It was also great to be able to use a women-led business. I would happily return for dental work in the future.

Good practice. Have been coming here for years. Staff are friendly. The receptionist, Emi, is very friendly and always has a smile on her face. My dentist is Doctor Ghada and she is very kind and patient. I recommend this practice to everyone.

I did not have a good experience with EuroDental after registering with them recently.I've suffered with extreme dental anxiety, resulting in anxiety/severe panic attacks, for quite a long time now following a bad experience with another dentist. The physical and mental feelings I get are very similar to that of PTSD (which I am also diagnosed with), and can be extremely difficult to overcome, and I am always honest + upfront about this with any dentist I see.I registered as a new NHS patient with EuroDental recently and went in for my first checkup appointment. I have a chipped front tooth which has been my biggest concern, so my main goal was to get that sorted. For a number of years now I've been referred for heavy sedation to have any work carried out, so I made the practice and my specific dentist aware of this both before arrival, and during my appointment.During the checkup appointment, I felt completely dismissed throughout, and my severe phobia was downplayed. I was made to feel that I was being irrational and that it was something that I should just 'get over', and it was related to 'walking up a step', which didn't make any sense to me. I was then told that it was unlikely I'd be accepted at the dental hospital for sedation, despite that being the only way I've received treatment for many years now, and something I have never had an issue with getting before. This made me doubt that they would be completely honest and informative with their referrals. I was also told I needed to go elsewhere for simple xrays, which I found quite strange, as I've always had xrays done at the dentist.The way I was spoken to was abrupt and with an annoyed tone - there was no patience or understanding whatsoever. The dentist told me I needed more work doing than I actually need (I know this because I saw another dentist today who I felt MUCH more comfortable with and he said my teeth are in amazing condition besides the chip in my front tooth, and that no work besides that was needed), which gave me the impression that they're not entirely honest and/or experienced.I did write an email expressing my concerns, and I had no reply whatsoever. When I called today I was told someone had called me in regards to my email, but I've received no phone calls (or any other correspondence) from them at all.I removed myself as a patient and will not ever be returning. I do not recommend this dental surgery for anyone with any kind of anxiety/phobia surrounding the dentist, or anyone who needs any level of patience/understanding.

Eurodental are a really good practice. For a start, they still accept NHS patients which is a lifeline for people on low incomes. The dentists are very competent and the receptionists are lovely. Especially Emmy who is very warm & friendly and is very good with all us patients! Would recommend this practice to anyone.

The receptionist Emiljana was very kind, polite, lovely. Dr. Marinov was very kind, polite and professional too. I am happy with the treatment.

I’m nervous about the dentist it was near on impossible to find one. I called here and the next day was seen. The dentist was a lovely gentleman knew what he was doing and made me feel at ease. Emi is a credit to the company. She made me feel welcome from the moment I called and until I left. She had a calming and caring nature that just made me feel relaxed and I was in safe hands. I would like to sincerely thank Emi for that. All over fantastic surgery.
