Always a joy to deal with NFU in Beverley. I’ve insured with them before but broke off my policy as I went abroad. It was good to come back and deal with real people again who are eager to find you the best cover to suit your needs and to be genuinely interested. Each time I have phoned I barely remember being put on hold other than to be put through to a specific member of the team.Call me old fashioned but no one likes to be a mere statistic and these guys are polite courteous and prompt. I urge them to change absolutely nothing. If I want to be held in a queue I’ll call a utility company.I was also very appreciative of being offered a 7 year no claims and a thorough talk through about tracking GPS systems at my request albeit my car is not of a value that requires one. Excellent service from the Beverley office, yesterday. My car suffered a cracked windscreen (courtesy of the local authority re-surfacing the roads!). Rang and spoke to Grace at 2pm Tuesday, who immediately transferred me to Nationwide Windscreens. Explained that I was currently on holiday in the caravan and was on site near Malton. After establishing they could get a new screen for my VW Touareg later that day, Mark - at NW (Market Weighton) - arranged for a fitter to attend on site this morning (Wednesday) and he arrived just after 9 am and was all done and dusted by 10.00. All I had to do was pay the excess over the phone - no laborious paperwork or admin - and no hassle! It was all taken care of by NFU and NW and was so easy for me. That it was an insurance company should be like but sadly most are not. I will have no hesitation in renewing both our car insurances with NFU when they are due for renewal later in the year. Well done to all - and thank you.

Very helpful staff. Making changes is so simple. You get to speak to a real person in Beverley! Not only that but they know your business so can advise you probably. The premiums are always very competitive. Old fashioned customer service is what is offered here.Why would you go elsewhere?

As a happy customer at this branch for decades, I am always highly satisfied with the friendly service, professionalism and expertise ably demonstrated by all the staff at Beverley. This morning, for instance, I phoned up to change my cover to a new vehicle. It could not have been simpler. Kodie, who dealt with this, was quick to point out how I could sensibly save money with a more realistic annual mileage estimate. My replacement documents, which Kodie had explained, were emailed to me (my request) within ten minutes. I've, thankfully, had to make few claims, but the process there too is straightforward.I also use their Home insurance and Financial Advice services.Five stars all round!
