It's become quite expensive. Both prices have increased while portion sizes have decreased. I have stopped buying a lot of the fresh produce, and frozen foods because of this unfortunetly. Used to be a great shop/brand.

We do most of our shopping here as it's good value for money, the chicken is great quality for the price and we eat a lot of it. The only downfall here is that there is usually only one till on and quite a big queue.

Absolutely fantastic service from caterina in food warehouse at Heathfield in Prestwick tonight....my partner and i had a really big shop and she couldn't do enough to help us pack bags and take the stress away....exceptional service....you have a star there....thank you caterina!!!!

This shop is amazing it's enormous and reasonably priced we get all our frozen food here. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Opened at 11am today. First thing u went to was bread- most of shelves were empty. They had about 8 of their own tiger loaves but when I picked 1 up was mouldy on the top. I gave to an assistant filling the fridges and all I got was a grunt a d she put it in with stuff she was sorting. Several spaces in freezers. But then having extra large bags of chicken etc was great. Also lots of choice. As soon as queue developed another till was put on so everything ran smoothly in that area. Will defo be back.

Was better with the old checkouts and a packing bench on the wall ,so cashiers just throwing your shopping down at you no time to pack ,stock allover the shop floor waiting to go out ,so not its best impression
