Malpas Dental Surgery

First time at surgery since change of management so I was more apprehensive than usual. However had a very positive experience and the dentist Sachin was lovely. I was still glad to leave however!

Treatment fine but impossible to book an appointment without visiting the practice. I phoned at least 12 times over 3 days and was always dumped out to an answerphone. Left a message the first time but never received a response so pointless leaving any more.

Quick, efficient service, the new dentist Sachin was friendly and straight forward, although it's now 10 weeks before my follow-up appointment, which I hoped would be sooner.

This practice has recently been taken over and it has now been brought into the 21st century.From when you stand at the door the signs detailing what the practice offers and by the list of dentists is very professional.The waiting area is now modern and functional and again looks again professional without any clutter.I have recently had an extraction performed by Dr Sachin Uduchana and the procedure went well.I am sure that this practice will grow especially as they now offer cosmetic and private dentistry in addition to NHS care

Went for my first appoint with Sachin yesterday, very pleased as this was my first appointment with a new dentist and he soon out me at my ease. Thank you.

I don't understand why this surgery has such bad reviews. I've always been treated well by both over phone service and had treatment for root canal and crowns and never had any issues. I would recommend this dentist to anyone.

Was a little late going in but that's to be expected, really happy with the treatment I received. I would normally say I'm looking forward to going back, but it's a dentist, who looks forward to that lol.Very happy. Thanks.

Not even worth one star I’m absolutely appalled This dental surgery has the worst service I’ve ever experienced in all of my life they’ve tried to tell my sister she needs all of her teeth whitening and that was her only option even though it wasn’t which was clearly for money, my mum has had an infection in her tooth which is spreading throughout her system giving her symptoms of sepsis and they have refused to see her and so has everywhere else she can’t go anywhere else and they are refusing her regardless of their duty of care to her so she has been left feeling sick and ill because they keep on refusing her. They’re cold not understanding people and now my mother has been left in pain even though she’s registered at this dentist. Sort it out because it’s not our job

My first time under this dentist's drill. I was informed in advance of each step, and given time to swallow and breathe on several occasions during the procedure, which allowed me time to relax a little. The assistant was excellent, collecting every scrap of old filling and keeping my mouth well watered. A good team. The temporary crown over my broken tooth is secure.

Very friendly efficient staff. Linnnos my dentist was as always very professional and kind and explained everything she was doing and why. I highly recommend this dental practice.
