Im working with caring hands east london company since 5 month's. Its an excilent company. I got several training which incresed my skill and knowledge about care work. It's been around 4 months since I started working here. It is the best company to work in, especially the coordinators who always give proper guidance to deal with different clients. So far I've closely worked under Alishbah Arshad , who's always been there to help me in all the situations relating to clients. She does understand when there's an emergency and helps to cover my calls . I would say the relationship the coordinators have is good enough that I can share what I feel about the client or my regular calls straight forward without any hesitation.

I've been employed at Caring Hands for almost a month now. My experience has been quite positive, despite encountering some challenges along the way. Overall, I've gained a wealth of knowledge during this period. This was my first foray into caregiving, and I received comprehensive training. They provided me with numerous training sessions and extensive reference materials to study. I also underwent practical training, which I found valuable. The support from the coordinators, specifically Alishbah, Aamna, and Fatima, has been exceptional. I have not encountered any issues working with them, and I look forward to continuing our collaboration.

Currently an employee at caring hands I’ve worked at many other agencies before but have never been this impressed, the coordinators are very helpful and caring and understanding more so always available to contact. Especially shazia who’s been hands on hand with me with everything and never left me in the dark about work, she’s been very helpful and considerate as well as welcoming although t I’ve just started it feels as if I’ve been working for this agency for years.
