Money was pending for days, then it was taken even though received a email saying can't fulfil order. ( waiting on a Refund which they said now will be within 5 days) would of been better not to accept the payment I would of been refunded faster.Items ordered still show online for sale , should be removed or at least made out of stock so no one has the same issue with money taken then waiting on refund.Again I understand items go out of stock but to take a pending payment doesn't make sense why not just cancel or not accept it.

Awful company that is dishonest and a big let down. Placed order for an invoice by mike who told a pack of lies and then would ignore calls and messages. Wanted the money and then not fulfill thanks to them i cancelled another order and they also let a 80 yr old pensioner downShame on you guys

I placed an urgent order on Monday for Sanitiser and other urgent items as nobody else had any. The team here were really helpful looking through what alternative products were available and I was able to collect within an hour. Great service thanks from RAMS FM
