Wow, where do I start. When we walked in, we were the only people in the place., so not a busy afternoon. It only got busy because of the poor slow service. You had 3 staff on, who all ignored us. We waited for 5 mins to be served while the girl behind the counter finally finished her conversation.When the coffee was eventually brought over it was unlike any cappuccino that I have ever seen, so we refused it and the girl said she would make some more, however, as we had waited nearly 20 mins up to then, we decided to ask for a refund.To be called aggressive and demanding is pathetic from some one who was not there. I was not aggressive and refuse to be labelled as such, as it is not in my nature and if anyone was aggressive, it was the person who dealt with the refund,.We support private coffee houses, but your staffs attitude stinks, and yours is not much better either. You really need to look at the staff you have employed,at their training and customer service standards and look in the mirror, as they reflect you.

Highly recommend this place. You won't get coffee this good anywhere nearby and chains don't even compare. Coffee is so well done that my partner didn't even need the sugar he usually takes and it had a delicious caramelly flavour. Their frappes are amazing and cafe is very dog friendly! Staff are so welcoming and will come over for a chat. Wish I lived nearby, I would be there a few times a week.

We have been here once before, the coffee came it was cold the manager appologized he brought us delicious coffee. Today we went and I'm sorry to say the young lady behind the counter was more interested in talking to her friend than serving we waited 20 min the coffee arrived it wasn't q cappuccino she said I will take it back, having waited 20mins we decided to leave, sorry to say we won't be back.

Called in for a coffee and cake, can honestly say was one of the best coffee’s we’ve had. The staff were super friendly and couldn’t do more for us.Will be returning and spreading the words :)

This coffee shop is fantastic and I’m delighted to have come across it. If you haven’t been yet, you should! I have recently taken over a business just down the road and they have supplied us with coffee that they roasted. The coffee itself is superb and the team that work there are even better. Thank you for being so supportive and attentive from day one. It’s a pleasure to support local businesses like yourselves and I very much look forward to the future ahead.

Absolutely lovely place. I tried the Samba coffee, it was that good a left with a bag of it to enjoy at home. Will be back again without a doubt. Bacon sandwich was lovely too

My wife and I called in here recently for coffee. The coffee was amazing and the lady who served us was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable about the different roasts that they sell. The guy in his forties behind the counter whom I presume was the owner also seemed very nice. We will definitely return.

Lovely little coffee shop, the cake ( Victoria sponge) was best I've had in a long time.Plenty of syrup selections for lattes. Overall a great place, will definatly be going again
