Used to love this place..No one can deny their unique style, I like doing my kids shopping their however its quite expensive!!!Ans since the prices are high, you expect better customer service and better packaging..Went to buy a gift yesterday, for a 150£ Im super disappointed for the wrapping I received..Delivering exceptional customer service is the key to keeping your customers happy!

The worst haircut my son received today. The lady (Elif) was shaking with the scissor and gave him a cut behind his ear and later blaming that its eczma (its not). My son was terrified and she clearly couldnt handle him. I used to book with Charlotte and she was great. Dont bother going to anyone else if your son is very anxious with haircuts. They will not do a good job. I rather pay someone who can handle the situation better.

Came here for my daughter's first hair cut. The hairdresser is a lovely person with a nice touch with kids. Everything was fine, very well explained and we were very happy at the endYou need to book in advance through the website and the cut is not cheap but you will get a diploma with your kids name and other lovely memories. Truly recommended.
