The people here are very helpful and friendly. They are very good with their prices.

Ask for a price for several potential customers (11 in total), i thought I would keep a local small business in work, I was promised a price at least 7 times over a 2wk period. They were not massive jobs around 3k a piece not all at once ..No reply , no reply.... just as well I had other suppliers... I was awarded 8 of the jobs priced elsewhere. Could have been more who knows! Very poor tactics from Action glass.. probably could not have handled the supply.. Shall stick to main suppliers in future... sad...

Grant at Action Glass honoured their guarantee to replaced faulty units. They supplied me with units a few years ago but unfortunately a number of them failed. Whilst this is disappointing no business gets everything right 100% of the time. Its whats happens next that is important. Grant agreed to replace the units, and made good on that promise. NW

Great customer service and prices

I visited the premises on Monday 2nd June as a problem had developed with a window locking mechanism that had been fitted in 2010. The original installer was unavailable but having taken measurements of the locking positions, and one of the frame side locking blocks / plates, they very kindly supplied replacement locking mechanism, lockable handle and appropriate locking blocks / plates FREE of charge.I had no other proof that they had supplied the original windows except for me knowing the name of the installer and that they had traded from older premises when the original windows had been supplied by them to be installed at my house.I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and the supply of the replacement parts that I have now fitted.

Great service, good fitting, good prices

My glass took some time to arrive (due Friday arrived following Tuesday) but was pleased with product. Reasonable price. Only downside was my joiner failed to measure correctly and it fell short size wise. Refused to accept it was his fault.

The quickest place I've experienced to get replacement glass units. Always a good service. Very efficient and very competitivly priced. I would recommend Action Glass every time & definitely keep using them.
