Great supermarket. Love the new range of value foods. Excellent quality for the price. Look for the yellow and white packaging. Usually on the lower shelves but well worth searching for. The clothing is great quality. All in all very good supermarket for all you need. The cafe is great as well

This store seems to get worse every week, tonight before 8.00 pm all the stock for the night shift was out on the shop floor making it like an obstacle course.By 8.20, all the check outs were closed leaving self serve as the only option with a full trolley, however staff stood about chatting and 2 ladies handing bags out at self serve.The store itself looks very run down and tired, probably time to check out some other local supermarkets I think.

I don't shop there often but when I do it is ok. One thing I don't like is the self service checkouts. They are no quicker than the human operated checkouts and only exist to reduce staffing costs for the stores. Which is why I do most of my shopping at Aldi or Lidl.

Visited the click and collect this evening. Parked and waiting 20 minutes before a lad came! It wasn’t even busy! No apology for us waiting, seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Not happy

I live locally and I haven't done my main food shop here after I received a 2nd parking fine for parking in the car park. Admittedly I was more than 2 hours as I also went to the pharmacy. This is the second time it has happened. I complained to the manager and he got a refund this time but it's just too much like hard work. Now I just use this shop for one off items I might have forgotten on my full weekly shop. I now shop at Aldi...no parking fines.

General really. The woman behind the pizza counter (elder one) is extremely rude! A lot of stock isn’t faced so shelves look empty (they are newly empty).

Click and Collect at ASDA Chapeltown in Sheffield.Firstly, I arrived on time for my collection slot but waited 20 minutes before nobody still arrived to greet me. So I noted the handwritten phone number on the board next to me and called the store, only to be told that the Check In" App machine wasn't working!Come on ASDA... You couldn't have put a courtesy notice on the board to let customers know???Secondly
