I have worked for Walfinch for almost a year and feel that joining has been the best decision in my career so far. Management have been extremely understanding of my career desires and have helped me grow significantly in the last 11 months. I have progressed onto a more senior role and have taken on much more responsibility. I am now doing my next NVQ in-line with my current role, this will enable me to progress further and also widen my knowledge and skill set. I am extremely happy and look forward to more doors opening in my Career with Walfinch. Our clients are all amazing and I really enjoy caring for them and organising their care with the team behind the scenes.

Walfinch cared for my Grandmother and I cannot fault them. Their communication was impeccable, communication with our family, outside services such as GP’s, Hospitals, social services etc. The care they delivered to my grandmother really made a difference. All of the staff were caring, would go above and beyond and lifted my Grandmothers spirits daily! Honestly, we, as a family are so grateful to be recommended this company, it made such a difference knowing we had an amazing team looking after my Grandmother. Thank you to them all.
