Perfection from start to finish, cannot criticise any aspect of Lorrayne’s grooming business. She is professional, highly skilled and truly caring with a genuine love of all dogs whatever their breed or nature.The salon is immaculate with no expense spared having all the latest equipment Hygiene is of paramount importance to her which is reassuring for clientsIt truly is like a pampering parlour for dogs, The end result is ‘wow’! I’m happy, Lorrayne is happy that I’m happy and my cocker spaniels tail is wagging even more than usual (she’s happy)!Had numerous groomers over the years but none that match this lovely lady

Coastal K9 Cuts
First grooming session for my cocker spaniel today, she was a bit anxious but Lorraine helped her to feel calmer and happier. Lorraine did a wonderful job, my cocker spaniel looks very smart, her coat is so soft and smells lovely! Lorraine took the time to ask about my preferences and also my dogs likes/dislikes. Really good cut, we are really happy with it. Would definitely recommend!

Coastal K9 Cuts
This is a well overdue review. Lorrayne is one of the most generous and kindest people and dog groomers I have ever met. When I took my rescue dog Skye (who had never been groomed before) she took Skye for hours and allowed her time to get used to her surroundings. Skye loved it there and was spoilt. The grooming was amazing, my baby girl looked awesome. Highly recommend!

Once you have been here you will not want to take your dog anywhere else, nor will your dog want to go anywhere else! For the first time ever, our little Cavapoo was reluctant to leave, as he enjoyed his visit so much. Super facilities, very clean and best of all a fabulous groomer, Lorraine - who clearly speaks dog!

Coastal K9 Cuts
Took my lovely pup to one in town…was not particularly happy. Met a lady who told me about Lorraine….I was so amazed at the difference a good groomer can make. And my Ginny loves her and her dog too.I get a couple of hours to do what I want and my wee’un loves to be pampered.Lorraine is a natural with dogs ..Highly recommend this lady.
