Just a review to say thanks for letting me leave my car with thrk iver the weekend as they cluod not fix it. Had a blow out / gash on M2 ans was towed to Volvo dealer but looked as if this branxh jad stoxk. Turns out no kne in Maidstone had stoxk so had to order in with competiti soen the road as they could do Monday and first available spot with ATS was Friday. It was gois of thrm to let me leave car as we live further away.

Failed the MOT on my parents motorhome for no reason. After a second opinion at another mot centre (NOT ATS), there was nothing found to be wrong and the vehicle passed without a single advisory. This garage took advantage of an older couple to try and extract more money from them.They also let them drive the vehicle off of the forecourt which was deemed as ‘dangerous, do not drive’This experience caused them to cancel a holiday which has cost them money.When a complaint was sent to ATS head office, it took 9 days for ATS to acknowledge the complaint.This is being taken further with the relevant authorities.

Popped in on Monday morning on the off chance as I found a screw in my tyre & was nearly flat. The guys could’ve have been more helpful. They had a no show so they got straight on to it & repaired the puncture and then I was on my way again. If they couldn’t have done it then they was going to book me in later on. Great service & all very pleasant staff.

Ordered a pair of Michelin CrossClimate 2's online. The manager emailed and delayed fitting for a week later, ok no worries. Turn up Saturday morning, get the tyres fitted to the car. Go and have a look and see they have deceptively fitted the wrong tyres! Said to the bloke these aren't what I ordered and got them to put the old tyres back on. Absolute waste of my time and money. Still waiting for refund. Avoid

Booked a wheel tracking for front and back on my Fiat by phone for 16/06 and advised costs was £68. My son dropped car in as he was working locally. ATS representative mentioned car was due in at 1130, I was never advised of a time by phone. On picking up the car no information provided about any adjustments made or not, and only charged £48, which is clearly for tracking on the front only. Pretty poor customer service and leaves me wondering about the competence of any adjustments made. Will never use this company again, poor show indeed.

Absolute joke.I was waiting 3 weeks for tyres. Not very well communicated by ATS. Ignored by manager to call back and discuss any other opportunities to avoid waiting. Tyres that are not in stock are still available to buy online, and they are still letting customers book fitting and then letting customers wait and then re-booking when stocked in.When I finally arrived for fitting, I asked them to swap the wheels, front to rear. They wanted to charge me £24 for each wheel (£96 total) whilst 2 wheels were taken off already as they were fitting 2 new tyres for me even fitting was included in the price I paid for tyres in advance. So it was a rip-off just for dismounting the other two wheels and putting them back, 3 min job on each wheel.So when you go there with tyre bought somewhere else and you ask them just for fitting, they will charge you £15, incl. balancing, disposing, etc. But if you ask them just to swap wheels, it's £24. I will never ever go back.Contact me if you need it, and I will do it for you just for £10 on each wheel. LOLGood luck, ATS! Good luck with your mission displayed on the wall in the reception.
