Taxi driver very rude and parked on disable parking space of a resident and refused to move his taxi. Seat Toledo, driver number 5, 3160, stay away from the company. When I rang the company they said its not their problem.

Booked in advance the day before, yet driver still over to mins late. Driver was friendly, but wasn't wearing his mask correctly. I'd booked by app and was given the price of £4.50 and the driver charged £5. He called the office, who spoke to me and said £5 is the minimum from City to my destination and £5 was even the price given on the system. Well that's their issue - if their app is giving a particular price then it should be honoured. Unhelpful operator who didn't went to resolve the issue. Dishonest company.

The driver helped get my elderly mum off the sofa as she fell down but could not get back up. He picked me up outside Royal mail, Aston where I work, and he took a detour to avoid traffic in selly oak where I live to get me home quicker. He followed me upstairs to my flat in a block of flats, then into the flat and helped with mum, told me to open the windows and he fanned her with a magazine. He refused to take a £2.00 tip.Very nice, helpful considerate man.

Over the years I have used this company the service has been good and sometimes bad. You can call and request a car your told five minutes and yet your waiting over twenty plus minutes. Sometimes you will get an experienced driver who will get you to your destination and charge appropriately other times you probably get a new inexperience driver who does not have a clue where you want to go and you have to physically direct and guide them to your destination, then that driver wants to overcharge you until you explain your a regular and know the fare. Overall it's a local company which will get you to places when needed.

Really pleased with the service. Booked it from the New st station. Arrived quickly and good service. Moreover the driver charged a very reasonable price. It was blue Toyota Avensis I think. Will see use them again.

WORST TAXI SERVICE EVER!!! I rang for a taxi to collect me from my uni, waited 45 minutes in the cold, called the service again said the guy will be here in 5 minutes, the guy didn't come but left me a missed call. When i called back he said he came 15 minutes ago and left when I said he didn't even try coming, he swore at me and cut the line. So I called the main line and made a complaint but the person on the phone was also rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Use Kelly's taxis.

Victoria cars ive been using for years other than blueline. Theyre reliable but just make sure u dont leave anything behind in their vehicles because getting it back? No chance, total denial from drivers that theyve ever seen ur belongings!

Cheap service driver tried to over charge me when based had already quoted but staff where sure to correct the problem. Will use again
